This Payments & Refunds Policy explains how PhotoGridCollage manages paid plans, credits, billing, and refund requests.
1. Paid Features
Some PhotoGridCollage features require credits, a subscription, or another paid plan. Prices and plan details may change over time.
2. Payment Processing
Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
3. Subscriptions
Subscription plans may renew automatically unless canceled. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund prior billing periods unless required by law.

4. Credits And Top-Ups
Credits are used for eligible paid tasks. Credit requirements may vary by service and settings.
Credits may be deducted when a task is submitted or completed. If a task fails due to a service issue, credits may be restored.
Promotional or trial credits may expire and may not be refundable.
5. Refunds
Eligible credit purchases may be requested for refund within 7 days if unused. Used credits are not refundable.
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or for verified technical issues.
6. Refund Process
Use the refund controls in your account when available. Otherwise, contact support@pgc.kong0.xyz with your account email, payment reference, and reason for the request.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
7. Payment Issues
If a payment fails, is charged back, or violates our policies, we may suspend access or close the account as allowed by our Terms of Service.
8. Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date.
